a younger clientele without scaring off loyal clients. Our challenge was:
how can we modernize without breaking with a tradition that stretches back 40 years?


Our PR strategy involved sensitivity, partnership with the client,
and an understanding of the market. In conjunction with renovations
done to Lapinha’s physical space, we started a small communications
project that targeted diverse audiences.


We hand picked opinion formers who could bring
younger clients, without damaging the spa’s tradition.


We also introduced Lapinha to the rest of the world.

We built partnerships with important brands and
had media support during the entire process.


The result was a renewed brand image, new loyal clients,
and a collection of international awards.

Today, Lapinha is the 6th most highly ranked health spa in the world.
